Because our products are laboratory research compounds, all sales are final. Full details are covered in the Shipping & Returns policy.
All sales are final
Due to the nature of laboratory research compounds:
- We do not accept returns once shipped
- We do not issue refunds for opened or handled products
When refunds or replacements may be issued
- Verified shipping damage
- Order fulfillment error
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and include your order number.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once processed and shipped, they cannot be canceled.
