Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or holidays. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

We ship via reputable carriers. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

Bad Witch Labs is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos of the packaging and product
3. Include your order number

We will review and determine appropriate resolution.

Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of laboratory research compounds:

• All sales are final
• We do not accept returns once shipped
• We do not issue refunds for opened or handled products

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of:

• Verified shipping damage
• Order fulfillment error

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
